How to burn sermons to CD
Although it is easy to listen to sermons online, taking a sermon with you on a CD only takes a few simple steps.
The instructions below are the general steps to use on a Windows computer.
Step One - Download the sermon
- Find the sermon on the Sermon Audio page.
- Right-click the Download link and select "Save Link As" or "Save Target As"
- You will be prompted on where to save the file. Take note of the location or change to another such as "Desktop"
Step Two - Burn sermon to CD
- Find the sermon that was just downloaded. Most will be the date of the sermon. For example the sermon for March 14th, 2010 will be named - 20100314.mp3.
- Double-click the sermon and Windows Media Player will open and begin playing the sermon.
- Near the top-right side will be a button labeled "Burn" or "Burn - Now Playing". Click this link.
- Windows Media Player will instruct you to insert a blank burnable CD (also called a CD-R).
- Insert a blank CD-R into your CD player/burner.
- The sermon will be burned to the CD and ejected when finished.
